Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account details — your email address, optional name and company, and an optional company logo you upload.
• Project data — the schedules and project configurations you and your organization create.
• Operational logs — IP addresses and timestamps for sign-in attempts and API requests, kept briefly for rate limiting and abuse prevention.
• Invite requests — the email you submit on our landing page, used only to contact you about access.

What we don't do

• No advertising, no trackers, no third-party analytics scripts.
• No selling or renting your data — to anyone, ever.
• No reading your project data except to operate the Service or with your permission when supporting you.

Cookies

Pennie sets a single, essential session cookie so you stay signed in. There are no marketing or analytics cookies, so there is no cookie banner.

Where your data lives

Data is stored on servers in the United States, encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Backups are taken regularly to protect against data loss and are retained on a rolling window.

Sharing within your organization

Projects belong to an organization. Members of your organization can see them according to their role (admin, editor, or viewer). You control who is invited.

Retention & deletion

Account and project data is kept while your account is active. When you request deletion we remove your account and data from the live system, and it ages out of backups on the normal rolling window.

Your rights

You can export your schedules at any time, correct your account details in the app, and request a copy or deletion of your data by emailing us.
