Pennie is software for building and managing construction project schedules, offered as an invite-only early-access service at usepennie.com (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.
The Service is in active development. Features may change, improve, or be removed, and occasional downtime can occur. We'll communicate meaningful changes, but the Service is provided on an early-access basis.
Don't misuse the Service: no unauthorized access attempts, no abuse of rate limits, no illegal content, no reselling the Service without our written agreement.
Early access is currently free unless we agree otherwise in writing. If paid plans are introduced, pricing will be communicated clearly in advance and nothing will be charged without your explicit consent.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Schedules produced with Pennie are planning tools — you remain responsible for verifying them before relying on them in contracts, commitments, or construction operations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or fifty US dollars.
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. On termination we'll give you a reasonable window to export your data.
If we change these terms in a material way we'll notify account holders by email or in the app before the change takes effect.
